1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Destination weddings are welcome. Travel is available for a modest per-mile fee.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

I offer personalized guidance in planning your engagement session, from location ideas to timing to ensure it reflects your vision and style.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellations

If a client cancels the photography services, the retainer/booking fee is non-refundable. This fee secures the date and compensates for reserving time that cannot be rebooked on short notice.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is permitted with written notice, subject to availability. The retainer may be transferred to a new date if the session is rescheduled at least 30 days prior to the original date. Rescheduling requests made within 31 days of the session may be subject to an additional rescheduling fee.

Weather & Emergency Exceptions

In the event of severe weather, illness, or unforeseen emergencies, rescheduling will be handled with flexibility and applied to the next available date at no additional charge.

Photographer Cancellation

In the unlikely event the photographer must cancel, all payments made will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled date, at the client's discretion.


4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Digital image files are included in the session fee. Physical products, including prints and albums, may be purchased separately at the client's request.

Do you require a deposit or retainer?

Yes. A retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date. The balance is due before or on the day of the session.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Clients are welcome to request specific poses and shots they'd like to capture.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, we can schedule a pre-session meeting to discuss details and ensure we're aligned.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Delivery time for final images varies based on the session and scope of work.
